Troy Linton
Troy is Joint Managing Director of Grove Nutrition. He began his career in the USA in the early 90's marketing homeopathic medications to health food stores and pharmacies across the USA. Later holding a senior role for an industry leading contract manufacturer of supplements in Arizona, then to the UK in 2005 to gain valuable experience in nutritional ingredients. Troy's experience in creating and designing custom formulations, sourcing raw materials globally, and supply chain management have given him a 'global eye' for what is going on the world market; he will be happy to offer product ideas, or build on yours.
Ted Burney
Ted is Joint Managing Director of Grove Nutrition, with a focus on Purchasing & Regulatory Affairs. His career spans 15 years in the nutritional supplement business, developing a wide knowledge of nutritional ingredients, tablet manufacturing and regulations. Along the way, Ted has dealt with multi-national companies so he understands our customers' global demands. He especially recognises the technical and logistical issues that arise when dealing internationally. Ted will help ensure our customers get top quality products at a competitive price delivered in a timely manner.
Ralph Richard
Ralph is currently Chairman of three companies, including Grove Nutrition, and has vast experience in managing both large (2000 employees) and small businesses. His experience has been gained in Food Manufacturing and Food Ingredient companies during the last 40 years. Ralph's keen insight into our industry will enable us to offer products to our customers that are relevant for today and tomorrow's market.
